Payment
All prices are in EURO but can be converted to other currencies.
- Cancelling an order can be done within the next hour. Once I receive a payment I immediately begin to work on your order.
- For custom orders a deposit of at least 50% is required before I start working on the order.
Shipping
All orders are sent to the address on your paypal account or the address given upon purchasing. Please ensure your address is the correct one before placing an order.
Parcels sent to the USA, Canada, Australia and NZ can take longer than normal due to extra customs and security checks. 2 weeks is normal but they can take up to 4 weeks.
All packaged are sent WITHOUT track and trace, though the option is available for an additional fee.
We don’t consider a parcel lost until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping. We will not replace an item sooner than this.
All digital goods are sent via email or to download directly from your Etsy account.

Returns on physical goods can be discussed, though we don't accept returns on jewelry due to health and safety reasons.
